The two log lines you posted show different client IP addresses. Which one of them is a request that you made that you know is legitimate?
For the first line: The script not found message could be someone looking for vulnerabilities on the server and just not finding them. As far as the second line, your PHP application is clearly being loaded. Knowing what is on line 300 of that file could be helpfully, but since you are getting that error, it is not likely to be an issue with HTTPD.
