You are missing a lot of information about your configuration. Since that
file manager is Python, how are you pointing HTTPD to Python?
Separately, I wouldn't even think of trying to make non-secure connections,
especially for something as important as a file manager. Skimming quickly,
that file manager has documentation for enabling SSL, but also recommends a
frontend proxy.
