Also by RFC 2292, rfc2553bis, and rfc2292bis. Although I admit the
book is good to learn about network programming, we should note
differences about API specifications between the book and the later
documents (i.e. RFC and I-D). Basically, you can't try example code in
the book on systems that support the later document.
