Note that its explicitly W2k SP1 .  The patch will not apply 
if (I think)
SP2 or (confirmed) SP3 have been applied.

But we fixed that some time ago :)

Where I planted SP2 + SP3 able versions.

Also the official MS IPv6 FAQ notes how to do this.
Only difference is I also hexedited the wininet.dll so that it works
with IE6 :)
