Does your internal NIC have one of the IPv6 addresses assigned to it?
The internal interface(fxp0) has the two adresses: fe80::230:5ff:fe03:8b0a and fec0::1 assigned.
The tunnel interface(gif0) has 3ffe:bc0:8000::475b and fe80::230:5ff:fe03:8b0a.

You'll need to assign one of the 3ffe:bc0:11bd:: IPs to your fxp0 interface. For example:
ifconfig fxp0 inet6 3ffe:bc0:11bd::1 prefixlen 128
