The 4 MS servers behind teredo.ipv6.microsoft.com are up and running.
I don't know if it is just me but native IPv6 clients are not reachable
through them. It's probably related to Teredo relays not advertising
a route
for Teredo traffic in the IPv6 internet.
BUT, for testing purposes, you can use them to reach 6to4 peers, it
works.
