Issue with @NotContributed annotation

Hi Dan,
 
I seem to have an issue with @NotContributed  annotation being ignored. This
annotation is used for a method defined in an abstract class that is
inherited by several repository services and the method is still being
contributed by all of them.
 
I vaguely recall seeing an issue with this sometime ago in tha mailing list
but can't find it. I am currently still using  0.3.1-Incubating-snapshot
version.
