Apache Isis 1.12.1 missing component factory class names in Wicket HTML

Hi,

After upgrading to Apache Isis 1.12.1 (skipping 1.12.0) I am missing the 
class names of the component factories in the html of the Wicket viewer. 
This information is quite useful for extending or creating new Wicket 
components. Am I missing a new configuration option or is this 
completely removed from the new version?

I've been extending some components and have to modify these to be 
compatible with the new lay outs.
