I've raised issue ISIS-2103 [1]
I tried to figure out why the tabs behave like this but I couldn't find
it. If there's a fieldset on a tab, the parent column is always rendered
(having a style "display: none") and because of that any parent tabs are
also rendered. I couldn't find a way to actually make sure the column
wasn't rendered at all.

In the example all fields are hidden on tab 2.2.1, 2.2.2 and 2.2. In
that case I don't want to see tab2.2 and below.
