Yes, sort of indirectly.

You must first setup JackRabbit with JAAS authentication and set the users
and roles up to allow read write on the repository.

Then you go to your "Network Places" and setup a connection to the
JackRabbit WebDAV interface, typically...

http://localhost:8081/jackrabbit-webapp-1.3.3/repository/default/

Then in Windows Explorer you will see this network place.
