Sorry I can't help you directly but a couple of things... 1. Which line exactly do you get the error? + the stack trace may help. 2. The code looks ok to me, can you run this successfully in a non-clustered env to see if it's a clustering issue? 3. Maybe try using the JCR1 way (node.getUUID()) and see if that works/fails. Obviously not an ideal solution but might help pinpoint the problem.
