Hi, If you are using a DBFileSystem, you have to delete the workspace.xml files in your database.
Look for the table <schemaObjectPrefix>FSENTRY or the method org.apache.jackrabbit.core.fs.db.DatabaseFileSystem.deleteFile(String). I was using DbFileSystem, and there doesn't seem to be a way to get at the "workspace.xml" when it is in DbFileSystem.
