There will be a specific mongodb database that holds your entire repository.

The monbodb "show dbs" command will list out the database names. If you
want to work with mongodb directly for some reason you can go here:
https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/

But really you should never be using mongo API to work with a JCR
Repository. You should use the JCR API only. Tell us more about what you
are trying to do and maybe someone like me can offer more help.
