Hello, I am a student at IIIT-Delhi ,India. As my research project, I am dealing with YAGO(yet another great ontology) developed by MPI and data files which are wikipedia facts.Both the ontology and data files are in turtle format.
Yago ontology is available in set of files. Maximum size of a turtle file is 2.5 GB I am trying to infer new facts from ontology and data file . For that I have created model for ontology and data and an object of InfModel to create a inference model for getting inferences . But I am getting java heap space error on running code when am loading ontology files of size greater than 15MB. I have increased the java heap space still I am getting the same error. Can you please tell me why this error is shown and can you please suggest me how to resolve this error. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks, Kanchan
