I have a process that generates large quantities of metadata in batches, posting each batch to Fuseki (about 100 distinct Turtle files, varying in size from 2 to 20 MB).
Using Fuseki 2.5.0, I am now seeing a slowdown in how long it takes Fuseki to respond to the posting of the data, and the slowdown appears to start earlier than before (i.e., while the data store still has a relatively small amount of data). Did something change that would cause this performance degradation? I've had to bump up the socket timeout up to 2 minutes, and I'm still getting timeouts. I had to switch back to 2.4.1 in order to run without timeouts. -Mark
