on this list. I had trouble getting a jena-fuseki server instance to be
useable on port 3030. To fix things i had to:
* use an ssh tunnel to get to make sure localhost is used for
accessing the server's admin console
* use server version 3.14.0 since 3.15.0 is broken and i couldn't
apply the patch necessary
