Need to migrate to java 11?

Hi,

We have a project that depends on jena 3.18.0-SNAPSHOT. Recently the 
build failed as the snapshot jars now come compiled for java 11, but the 
project is still on java 8. Are there going to be java 8 jars or do we 
have to migrate (or compile ourselves)?
