For GeoSparql + TDB 1, I  applied this initialization code on my site:

and I could indeed make "rectangular" queries on my geo: (
http://www.w3.org/2003/01/geo/wgs84_pos# ) data,
but even when not running any GeoSparql query,
the application web site got frozen, several times, so I was obliged to
deactivate  GeoSparql initialization.
