Thanks Raj, So for each second there is a a rate. For one minute we have 60 many such rates.So for one minutes we have ave rate equal to (the sum of the 60 man rates)/60. the mean of all these ave rates give OneMinutesRate, right? I also see there is a Count attributes. Is it the total number of messages on the topic? But my number does not reflects that. Thanks again for your time, Jack
