Kafka Backup and Restore Solutions

Hi All,

Is there any community preferred tooling for doing point in time backups of
kafka? (ideally without downtime)

We've looked at https://github.com/pinterest/secor but refeeding ~500gb+ of
data doesn't seem too neat.
