Recommendation For Setting up Kafka Cluster in Production

Hi,

Can any one share some documentation and best practices to follow when
setting up Kafka cluster in Production.

We have a plan to setup 3 Brokers , 3 Zookeeper, 1 Schema Registry and 1
Rest Proxy.
