Hi, Can anyone tell me if/how kannel suports the following
1) With SMPP, the protocol supports a throttle error message. This allows the SMSC to tell the client that it is sending sms send requests too quickly and to backoff for sometime. Does kannel support queuing of messages when this "error" message is received? 2) Does kannel suport setting of the ton and npi for a smpp connection?
