Does Kannel works with Logica's SMPP 3.3?

I'm not having problems binding/submiting msgs from Kannel to CMG's SMSC
over SMPP 3.4 but I'm having problems only submiting msgs to Logica's SMSC
over SMPP 3.3.

Any help? Many thanks!
