I had the same problem too.
Someone said me.. to write /usr/lib in the file etc/ld.so.config and after the command ldconfig.
I did that, but i can solve it, buy you can try it too!, other option is the --forces --nodeps, but it depends on the applications you need ... I think if you need the ssl support, it's not a good idea do that.
Could someone please give another idea to solve this problem in the kannel..rpm.

deploy the cygwin version on windows. The cygcrypto.dll could not be found.

Can any one help me in these matter.
But when i try to find these files in my machine these are under "/usr/lib"
directory.
