RE: URGENT : Problems installing rpm

I uninstalled openssl             And reinstalled the openssl-0.9.6-13.i386.rpm             But I still get the same message.               I looked for libcrypto.so.0.9.6 is needed libssl.so.0.9.6 is needed               and I added their path in the .bashrc file             but I still have the same problem               Can someone help please ?         What OS/verison are you using?
