Where to buy GSM modems in the U.S.?

Hello there!!!

I'm having a big trouble trying to find places in the U.S. that sell any of the modems Kannel can work with (Nokia Premicell, Wavecom, Falcom, Siemens TC35).

Can anyone please tell me of distributors for any of them in the U.S.? Web-sites would be even better!!
