I'm using a Sony-Ericsson T300, with the following configuration:

smsc = at2
smsc-id = VSMSC
modemtype = ericsson_t68
device = /dev/cua/b
speed = 9600

sim-buffering = true

the T300 and the T68 look very much alike, so i figured...
