Hi

You have to add a allowed-smsc-id setting to your smsc configurations.
For example yor tsm smsc:
group = smsc
smsc-id = tsm
smsc = http
pin = 5454
system-type   = kannel
smsc-username = metropoli2000
smsc-password = notavailable
send-url = http://fake/kannel_gw_temp.php
no-sender = true
no-sep    = true
port = 10000
connect-allow-ip = 127.0.0.1;192.168.1.*
allowed-smsc-id = tsm
