Specifying a number when sending SMS

Hi guys,               Can anyone give me an idea if it is possible to specify a number when sending out an SMS via the http command?               I’d like to do this since whenever people send SMS messages from the browser they can’t possibly receive any replies from their mobile phones.  I set up kannnel with a virtual SMSC using a sony ericsson t68i.  It works well, though I needed to specify the number which I have readily available on a database that is retrieve based on who is logged in and sending it.   Hope you can help me on this.   Regards, JV
