kannel wap gateway error

hi

 

I installed and ran wap gateway.

bearbox and wapgateway started.

when try to access a url of a internal webserver , from wap simulator gives

 

Could not get URL http://internal ip:9201/
HTTP Error : 404 (Connection refused (Error #10061))

what is this error ? how cqan i prevent this error ?
