Rodrigo, Thanks for the suggestion but I checked the file and it is a type caused by cut&paste. I have tried the following change but also that does not anything.  address-range = "^[0123456789]" This is according to the SMPP spec.  The return code is another mystery as 0x000000010 is according to the spec reserved.  This makes it hard to determine what the cause may be.
