1 Depends on what device your kannel is installed, it will listen all traffics where it's installed. And the way kannel store every request is defined in kannel.conf.
2. If you mean is the MSISDN (mobile phone number) then of course kannel has already grab it during the request session and it's your script task to do the reply thing.
