Which package to install?

Hello Group, 

 

When I go to Kannel site I am confused.  I am working on Linux OS, but the downloas versions available on Kannel
sites are for Fedora and Debian only.
   

Fedors has current add ons packages from Linux 1 to Linux 6 (Yarrow,Tettnang...Zod).
   

What is the difference among all three OSes, which one should I download.

 

I am interested in downloading rpm packages only for my Linux 4.5.3 (coreutils).
