Hi. I've been testing kannel 1.4.1 and some times even I receive the SMSC delivery report very quickly (state 8), the message is succesfully received in the mobile phone but the delivery status 1 takes hours or days to be received by my system.
Is there any thing that I should check in my configuration or it's a typical operator problem ? Regards, M.
