Testing SMS Receive functionality using fake smsc

Hi,

I need to test out the behavior of my app on receiving an sms..and 
need to experiment with the exec and get-url fields of the 
sms-service config. How can I set up kannel so that it's as if the 
fake smsc keeps receiving SMSs?
