Interconnect fees

Hi Guys,

In the UK there is an interconnect fee of 3p per SMS for messages  
sent between UK operators.

For a possible project coming up I'd like to know if anybody knows if  
either Romania or Holland have interconnect fees, and what they are  
if they do.
