Count me in! The only concern I have is about redundant issues showing up on different lists.
IMHO bugs, known issues and new features should be kept on the core lists and only support and help to spanish users should be split to a new one. This way the lists could add up to the support options without splitting and confusing users. We can't expect most kannel core developers to learn spanish can't we? ;) (just my 2 cents).
