hi all,freebsd has this thing called newsyslog (not sure what the linux equivalent is) which rotates your log files when they reach a certain size. i'm finding that, once a log file has been rotated, the new log file is always empty. it would appear that kannel doesn't like the rotation, perhaps because it keeps the file open rather than opening it everytime?
has anyone else seen this problem before? cheers iain
