Thats because the ID you are getting is the ID of the DLR its self.
There is no way to get the id of the original message. You must
provide your own ID into the dlr-url field when you submit a message.

But in dlr-url which I m receiving…. I get different sms ids for
message status 1 and message status 8……

Tushar,
What you need to do is specify a custom dlr-url when you submit a
message, this would contain an id for the message you sent, then
when the DLR comes in your URL will be called and you will have
your id. This will then let you look up the message you sent. You
could of course include the entire message in the dlr-url I guess.
