You need to specify the clickatell system-id, so add the following line :-

system-id = xxxxx

(where xxxx is your system id). I wonder if you mixed that up with smsc-id as you blanked that out?

If you want DLRs you will need to specify the port = xxx option as well. Then set up clickatell to send DLRs to you on your public IP and the port you specified. Don't forget to open up your firewall to allow the connection in, and you will need to add a connect-allow-ip = 196.30.96.134 line as well.
