Hello Dear Kannel users,
Who can help me about this issue?
I never was able to send SMS with characteres "ç","Ç","é". The final result
in the mobiles shows always messages with "c","C","e".
I've tried to use the according with the Kannel 3.1.2 version documentation.
Is there something missing in my configuration file?
