Hi, you would need to patch kannel AT smsc to dump the MSISDN before to drop the call.
Other software cannot open the modem device in same time when its used by kannel without breaking the kannel process. I have used years ago zyneo SMS gateway. They do dump the call info while processing the MT traffic.
