Please use following in "dyn" smsc configuration .
preferred-smsc-id = dyn
denied-smsc-id = "other"
and following in other
preferred-smsc-id = other
denied-smsc-id = "dyn"
Note: if this doesn't help you then send your smpp configuration for
both smsc.
