Hi, Iam not sure about the PSTN thing. But u can use SMPP (short message peer to peer) over kannel. it basically use TCP/IP conneciton to ur SMPP providers network (SMSC) and from there u can route ur sms's. kannel supports SMPP v.3.3 and v.3.4
