sms on web tv

Hi,

1)I would like to create a system for a web tv that provides to have sms 
on screen meanwhile photos or videos, etc goes on , like the tv programs 
on Mtv or AllMusic.
There is someone that can suggest me programs for do it or how do it?
2)There is someone that manage to use mobile phone Sony Ericsson K610i 
with kannel?
