We have a Nokia 30 connected to kannel.
Our config for the modem is the following:

Furthermore we have the following configured for sms-service

But the sms service is never triggered.
The messaging is received fine by the modem, and into kannel aswell.
I can see they are in the message store file.
How come the sms-service isn't triggered.
