Hi SMSC are normally on carrier side. Unless you have a very huge volume of traffic and an operator allow you to connect to them... (Glenayre/Movius/Comverse/Logica)
Look for agregators like Clickatell, Textmagic, Smsglobal, Smsjunction, etc. all them will provide you a way to send sms worldwide.
