I'm still having issues with this at the moment.
I don't believe that our smsc provider has correctly set things up their end.
They have asked for some debug output of Kannel trying to bind to them.
But I don't see any debug at at all showing the binding attempt, even though 
I've created a log file within the smsc section:

log-file = "/var/log/kannel/smsc-debug"
log-level = 0

Is there a way of seeing the binding attempts to the smsc?
