thanks Bruno for your reply,i've already done that, and yes i insert records 
into send_sms table and DLR reports returns back from my provider and inserted 
into kannel.access logfile.but the problem is that sqlbox delete the records 
from dlr-db (dlr queue) and do not  insert them into sent_sms table, i dont 
know why?!note that when i send a little amount of SMS's every thing work 
correctly and DLR inserted into sent_sms table.any help please.

Are you inserting the messages via SQL?
To get a DLR report you must ask for it by setting the DLR-MASK field.
Are you doing this? Try setting it to 31 for example (this will give
all the reports).
