You are seriuosly confused about sockets. The Error says that "Socket not
connected". This is not a retry issue. Try from kannel's shell to telnet to
port 80 of 192.xxxx. Either the web service is down, or there is a network
problem (firewall, etc.) with it.

I found that to solve this proble I can use kannel-dlr-retry.patch, but I
don't know how to patch kannel :((.
